Pristine Product Photography - Terms and conditions
All estimates and quotes are subject to all information provided by the client being correct. Changes in any of the details may alter the final price.
The request or supply of a quote or estimate places no obligation on either Pristine Product Photography or the client to proceed with the photography.
All quotes and estimates are a guide only. The final price may alter.
The photographer must be informed of any changes to the requested images (including, but not limited to, the number of images required, the products to be photographed, the arrangement of products, and the usage of images) before photography begins else the client will be responsible for further charges including re-shoot charges and a pro rata fee to reflect time spent on photography, post-processing and any other matter to do with the client's photography.
The invoice must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Photography fees are non-refundable.
Publication or use of photographic images is expressly forbidden until the invoice is paid in full.
Images supplied to the client may be used for commercial promotion only, as set out in the quote and invoice (usage).
The images must not be sold, used in competitions, distributed to third parties, or used to gain profit in any way other than promotional purposes.
The images must not be modified without the photographer's permission.
Pristine Product Photography retains the copyright of these images and grants permission for use of these images to the client. Pristine Product Photography may retract permission at any time if any of the terms and conditions are broken.
Pristine Product Photography may use the images for its own promotional purposes.
Pristine Product Photography is granted permission to reproduce images of items subject to trademark or copyright for any promotional purpose.
Pristine Product Photography is granted permission to reproduce the likeness of any person whose image is included in the photographs for any promotional purpose.
Pristine Product Photography accepts no liability for damage to products or injury to persons during photography and suitable insurance must be arranged by the client if required.
A credit and/or website link to Pristine Product Photography is not mandatory but is appreciated.
The cost of delivery to Pristine Product Photography and return of products to the client is the client's responsibility.
Products must be supplied to Pristine Product Photography in a condition suitable for photography, i.e. clean and free from damage. If products require cleaning, repair or preparation during either the photography or the post-processing, this will attract an additional charge.
Pristine Product Photography accepts no liability for costs incurred due to late delivery of images.
Pristine Product Photography accepts no responsibility for determining any intellectual property rights pertaining to products photographed.
